Loris Stefanuto was born in Udine and got a first-class diploma in percussion
instruments.
He specialized in drums by studying with Enrico Lucchini and percussions with
Ernestico Rodriguez, Candelo Cabezas and Alex Acuna.
In March 2001, in Ravenna, he took part into a drum and percussions clinic held by
Horacio Hernandez and Elvin Jones.
He taught at the Academy of Music of Cesena, Cuneo, Milan and Parma.
At present he is percussions teacher at “L. Campiani” Academy of Music in Mantua.
